Based in Geneva since 1915, Caran d'Ache, a family firm with over 300 employees, constantly reinvents its pens and pencils to inspire artists, poets and writers of all ages and all levels. It takes 50 hours of painstaking work to produce a single pencil, available in 400 colours, with certified Swiss Wood introduced in 2018.
